It's that time of year where the grass burgeons with verdant vivacity, a clear signal for our community to engage in regular lawn maintenance. As an HOA, we appreciate the splendor of well-kept turf. Members of the Board kindly remind residents of the importance of timely maintenance to ensure our lawns remain a lush and inviting tapestry that reflects our community's beauty as well as grace. Frequent rain can upend outdoor plans, so all residents are asked to do their best between raindrops.
Relevant community guideline:
LOT CONDITION, SIGNS. In the event the owner of any lot fails to keep and maintain the lot in a good condition, free of trash or weeds and grass over 18" in height, the developer shall have the right to clean, mow and maintain the said lot and charge the owner.
